When Penguin Girl was 2, she was quite captivated by the world of Thomas and Friends. Penguin Girl insisted her dad would be called Sir Topham Hatt and her mom would be called Cranky, as in the Crane. Back then, Penguin Girl's dad regularly called her Sweetie Pie. Penguin Girl liked the idea of sticking a nice food onto a name so she decided her mom should be called Cranky Apple.
