Did you know that one box of chocolate chip cookie mix pressed onto a round pizza baking pan makes one giant cookie? It's the best pizza ever. I put a slice of cookie pizza into Penguin Girl's lunch box yesterday. That's quite a treat. Usually she gets fruit leather or applesauce that really made with apples plus carrots. Last night she said that she shared her cookie pizza with her teacher and assistant teacher. Awww. She got another slice in her lunch box today.
